Terms of service

Effective October 28, 2026. These terms cover your use of the hosted Toggld feature flag service.

Using the service

By creating an account or using this service, you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

You must be legally able to accept these terms. If you act for a team or organization, you must have authority to manage its workspace.

Use accurate account information. Protect your sign-in methods and credentials, and revoke credentials that you believe are exposed.

Workspace owners and administrators control invitations and roles. They are responsible for choosing the people who can access their workspace.

Your content

You retain your rights in the content that you submit. You authorize Toggld and its service providers to process that content to operate, secure, and maintain this service.

You must have permission to submit and use the data in your flags, targeting rules, segments, and evaluation requests.

Do not place passwords, payment card details, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in flag content or evaluation context.

Acceptable use

Do not access another workspace without permission, bypass access controls or limits, distribute malicious content, or deliberately disrupt the service.

Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to infringe another person's rights. Do not publish credentials or private workspace data.

We can restrict access to address abuse, security incidents, or legal requirements.

Limits and current availability

Toggld is in public beta and is free during beta. Each workspace supports up to ten flags unless a different allowance is assigned.

Paid checkout is not available in this release. These terms do not authorize a payment or create a paid subscription.

Available features and limits can change. We will announce pricing before beta ends. A paid plan requires your agreement to its pricing and billing terms.

Safe application behavior

Keep a safe fallback in your application. Test flags and targeting in the intended environment before relying on them.

Cached definitions and SDK polling can delay changed values. Evaluation speed does not guarantee immediate delivery of every change.

The service is provided as available, without a promised availability level or update deadline. Do not use it as the sole safety control for critical systems.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Toggld disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect losses. This does not exclude rights or liabilities that law does not permit us to exclude.

Leaving the service

You can stop using the service at any time. Open your account to export personal account data and delete your identity.

If you own a shared workspace, transfer ownership and step down before deleting your account. You can delete an empty workspace when you are its only member.

Account deletion removes memberships and sign-in methods. It leaves shared workspace content and historical audit events.

Remove shared flag and segment content through authorized workspace controls. Existing backups can retain prior copies under their storage retention.

Changes and product questions

We publish updates to these terms on this page and change the effective date above. Review updated terms before continued use.

The documentation explains supported workflows and account controls.

Contact support@toggld.io for beta questions or account access problems.

Use account controls for private personal data actions. Keep credentials and personal information out of public channels.
